I’m here and ready to talk about your reflections and questions while watching my session. I had to ride the struggle bus in order to learn the importance of rest. I hope you can find your way there with a bit more ease!!!

Hi @Emma there are so many reasons and not in any particular order 1) we define ourselves by our productivity 2) We find it hard to set boundaries 3) we compensate with other areas (diet and exercise) 4) We consider rest a luxury that we earn 5) we prioritize other priorities. I have an acronym I use called REST. R- respect your boundaries E- Set Expectations, S- Make Sleep a priority T- Take stock/thanksgiving. Happy to shed more light but I hope this is a good starting point

I love this discussion. I would love to hear you go into more detail on these challenges and your framework. I’d especially love to hear more about how we compensate with diet and exercise. And also if you have any specific advice about the T – thanksgiving. Thank you!
